Privacy Policy

Truly Toyasha is a brand operated by Self Do You Believe LLC, a Georgia limited liability company operating from Texas ("Truly Toyasha," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through trulytoyasha.com and the Emotional Tracker, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, or your name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Check-in entries: the answers you save in the Emotional Tracker, such as mood, energy, reflections and intentions.
• Booking information: your name, email and appointment details when you schedule a call.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

• To create and secure your account and show you your own check-ins and journey.
• To send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.
• To schedule and deliver coaching sessions and respond to you.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information for advertising. We do not use your check-in entries for marketing.

Who can see your check-ins

Your check-in entries are private to your account. Database access rules allow each member to see only their own entries when signed in; no other member can view them. Limited, authorized technical access may occur when needed to maintain the service, fix problems, or respond to a legal requirement. We do not read your entries for any other purpose.

Voice entries

If you choose to speak an answer, the tracker uses your browser's speech recognition to turn your voice into text. Depending on your browser and device, this may be processed by the browser provider's speech service (for example, Google for Chrome or Apple for Safari) rather than on your device, under that provider's privacy terms. Only the resulting text is saved, and only if you save the entry. We never receive, record, or store audio. Typing is always available instead.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site: Supabase (accounts and check-in storage), Resend (account emails such as sign-up confirmations), Google (optional Google sign-in, appointment booking, and web fonts) and Netlify (website hosting). They process information only to provide their services to us.

Your choices

• Request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it by emailing toyasha@trulytoyasha.com.
• Deleting your account: email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We will confirm your identity and permanently delete your account and all check-ins within 30 days, then confirm by email.
• Retention: we keep your information while your account is active. After deletion, copies may remain in our providers' routine backups for a short period until they are overwritten, and we may keep basic records (such as our deletion confirmation or booking and payment records) where required by law.

Age requirement

Truly Toyasha and the Emotional Tracker are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching and the Emotional Tracker are not therapy, counseling or medical care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
